If your enquiry is about us checking your eligibility, you can also upload your proof of income or means testing certificate.
You can also attach a photo of your home, so we can assess the property.
Please follow the instructions below.
If you use a personal computer or a laptop, you can attach evidence if you can scan it to your machine and upload it from your desktop.
If you use a tablet or smartphone, you can take a photograph of your evidence and upload each document.
This needs to be in PDF or JPEG format.
When you click on ‘upload document’ you need to click ‘choose file’ to either select a file which is stored in your gallery/desktop or take a photograph of your document.
If you have more than one document, click on ‘add another and repeat the above steps. You can do this as many times as you like until all of your documents are attached.
When you are finished, click on ‘SEND MESSAGE’ and you will be able to submit your form.
